I won a new toy. I've had a Shuffle for years but quickly grew bored by it because it holds so few songs. This one isn't a huge capacity like some but easily holds 20 times more than I could before.
So now I'm loading whole albums rather than forcing myself to choose 2 or 3 songs from each one. It's kinda fun. And I know that I could become addicted to wanting to buy out iTunes (hiya Rox!) hehe, but I'm going to stick with what I have now. With maybe a few exceptions.
This thing also has a few gadgets like a pedometer and a video camera but I don't see myself using those much since I have them in other ways. We'll see. Right now I'm mostly amused with one of the "shuffle" options. If you get to a song you don't like, you just shake the iPod and it changes to a new song.
That's all I got, people. Just wanted to shake the dust off and say hey. Oh, and have a nice weekend.

I could not find my iPod yesterday and was panicking. I love having every single song loaded up on that puppy so that when the mood strikes me, I can listen to whatever song I'm craving.
I'm so happy for you that you are in possession of one of these, you have no idea!
I love my iPod & seriously could not go a day without it. I walk with it, ride the train with it, drive with it (plugged into the car) & take it to the gym...best invention in a long time.
I've had two iPod's thus far. An 8GB 2nd generation Nano, and now a 16GB 2nd generation Touch.
The Touch is almost full which means I either have to prune my library or I need to buy a 32GB unit.
I lost my engraved red Nano on vacation last week. In less than 24 hours, I used the money I'd brought to buy expensive shoes and got a blue Nano instead (just like yours). I can't live without my iPod, plugged in to the dash, in my ears, or in my desk speakers.
Mine is full. Sigh. I have to pull things off if I want to load more. I thought 8 gigs would have been far more than enough, but it's not. Enjoy the new toy!

I love my iPod. I tried to resist loving it because I knew it would feed the weird OCD part of my personality, but I've given in and declared my love.
Mine hangs out in my car almost all the time now and I love it. I try and guess what will come next, I skip through songs that don't match my mood, and I sing my heart out all the way down the road.
